All websites come with our Bronze support that includes:
- Online help desk: submit a ticket 24/7 through our online help desk.
- Phone support: during standard hours of trade (weekdays 9AM to 5PM).
- Routine backups: the last daily, weekly and monthly backups are retained on the server.
- Website consultancy: discuss your desired website goals and receive professional advice.
- Troubleshooting: we can spend a few minutes to help diagnose any website problem.

2 Silver, Gold and Platinum packages must be entered into for minimum of 3 months, however can be upgraded or downgraded to each other during this period.
Webporter aim to provide 100% web hosting (server) uptime for all customers.
Refund or credit will be provided when requested within 30 days of our failure to guarantee uptime as follows:

You will be provided with a means to esclate issues directly to management pagers and at-call staff outside of normal working hours.
