Money Back Guarantee

Webporter offers a money back guarantee on all hosting plans. If you cancel on or before the fifteenth day from when your first hosting account was set up, then your money will be refunded. Some places will usually keep your setup fee, however Webporter will also refund this if you were charged any.

Please note that if your web hosting account is canceled within the guarantee period, but was setup in conjunction with other services or as part of a promotion; cancellation of your web hosting will void the promotion offer and you will be charged the full costs for any other services in the promotion.

Please use our contact form to cancel, and we would also appreciate hearing the reason(s) you were not satisfied with us and how we can improve.
