Website design process
Our custom website design process comprises five stages:
Initial planning
When you are ready to proceed with your website simply contact us or give us a call on 1300 791 317.
After receiving a brief understanding of your needs, we will provide you with a semi-completed scoping document as we understand your needs. You can then review, clarify and add to this document. If appropriate, please also involve any other stakeholders in this process.
Proposal and estimate
We offer a free two hour website consultation (valued at $240) if located in and around Logan, Queensland. Face-to-face consultations are our preference as they allow us to better understand you and your business. They also provide you with an open opportunity to ask us any quesitons.
There is no need to be concerned if we are unable to meet face-to-face. We can still review all feedback then discuss and propose web solutions to support your business and desired strategy. Some web solutions might include:
- content management
- email marketing and newsletter sign-up
- search engine optimisation (SEO)
- secure payment solutions
- custom web solutions that help create competitive advantages.
Visual web design
After reviewing and signing off on your desired web solution, we will begin work on your visual web design. Based on information gathered during the previous stages we will:
- develop a unique and appealing visual representation of your web design
- present the visual web design surveying feedback or obtaining approval
- re-work web design according to feedback received.
Steps 2 and 3 are iteratively performed until approved. After the third iteration, if you are not fully satisfied then you can stop the process. To receive a 110% refund however, we do require the completion of a questionnaire so we can use your valuable feedback to improve ourselves.
Website development
This stage is where a fully functional website gets created. We perform an iterative style of development where we include you in the process as much as possible with testing and listening to feedback. This helps to ensure any flaws or misunderstandings are quickly dealt with, leading to a faster delivery time and higher satisfaction.

Go-live
We launch your website on the desired date and submit to search engines as necessary.
You will be able to fully test your website at a testing URL throughout development. This allows you to make any necessary refinements prior to launching. Post-launch, we will make minor adjustments to text and images for up to two weeks, or as required according to your support plan.
If a part of your website strategy, we will help with your email marketing campaigns and perform ongoing search engine optimisation techniques to ensure your new website receives the attention it deserves.
