WOW service terms

These are extended terms and conditions to our Terms of service, for the supply of the WOW Website Manager product and associated services which are offer by Webporter ("we" or "us") from time to time ("the Service"). These terms apply to you as a user of the Service ("Customer" or "you").

1. Service usage

1.1 Web hosting and email

1.1.1 Fair use conditions

1.1.1.1 WOW Website Manager is provided as a hosted service that comes with unlimited data transfer and disk space. Unlimited data transfer and disk space is provided on the following conditions it is:

1. used only in conjunction with your WOW website.
2. not used excessively for the purposes of large file storage, backups and archives.
3. not used excessively as mass distribution website of large files (for example, music and video distribution)

Webporter is the sole determinator as to what is deemed to be excessive use.

1.1.1.2 WOW Website Manager includes unlimited creation of email accounts with the following conditions:

1. Each email account is limited to 100 MB of disk space, but this limit can be raised for an additional fee.
2. All limits will be enforced, and we make no warranty on the safe delivery of emails or loss thereof should any limit be reached.
3. The number of email accounts can not be in excess of what is considered to be normal use as determined by Webporter.

1.2 Domain names

1.2.1 The registration or renewal of a domain name is included with all annual WOW packages under the following conditions:

1. You have subscribed and paid annually for our WOW packages (WOW packages subscribed to on a monthly basis are not eligible for a free domain name).
2. The domain to be registered or renewed is the primary domain attached to your WOW account.
3. Your WOW account is active for domain registrations, or will be active when your domain name is due to expire.
